Artwork designed by CDflyers will only be printed once proofs have been approved by the customer.


Artwork submitted to CDflyers will remain the property of its original author(s) but we reserve the right to include it on our Website or other social media sites for promotional means only.


CDflyers are not held accountable for failed delivery or packages returned to us or your local depot due to absence of a required signature. We also accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of the item(s) whilst in transit. If in the unlikely event of loss or damage to the item(s) whilst in transit, we will submit a claim on your behalf to the courier service for investigation. Please note: we will be unable to provide a refund or replacements until such investigations have been completed. This is generally because we deal in custom products so if the package does turn up we can't just take it back into stock and resell.


CDflyers will add a small graphic or text onto any artwork to promote our service. Units can be printed without this but will incur a fee of 20p per unit.


CDflyers uses inkjet printing technology. Please be aware that this form of printing is affected by contact with moisture, sunlight and extreme temperatures like all inkjet printing.


CDflyers is not responsible for any deterioration to the printing due to being kept in adverse conditions as stated above unless they are AquaShield water resistant discs or a lacquer finish was been applied to the discs.


CDflyers is not responsible for errors as duplicated from the master CD/DVD supplied by the customer. We will also retain any masters you send to us.


CDflyers does not offer a returns/refund policy with any of our services for faultless goods that you are dissatisfied with. To ensure you will be happy with the quality of our services you are advised to obtain a FREE posted sample prior to your order going to print. This will enable you to check over all areas for quality purposes.


Any CDs/DVDs found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery must be reported within 24 hours of their actual delivery time via email to or call 0333 577 2901 to be legible for a refund or replacements.
